It comes with a stainless steel infuser so you can remove the leaves after steeping--especially important when you\'re preparing delicate green teas. The cast iron keeps brewed tea extremely hot, and the inside is lined with porcelain enamel, so the iron won\'t interact with tea or impart a metallic taste.
